"Make a plan or you have a plan for failure". Do you think this mirrors your experience?

the babys room
the garden to
the graduation party to
whatever else, it takes planning to achieve a success.

So it is with starting or expanding a business, one needs to consider:
1. What industry am I in and what are the trends in the USA and State
2. Who are my potential customers and where do they live?
3. How will I market to my target market?
4. How will the bookkeeping be done when I do not like to balance my checkbook?

These questions and more will be answered after going through a research and planning process. The time it takes is worth it because it will create a more knowledgeable business owner into the future.; November 14, 2008 at 11:33 AM
